Building a Better Punjab - Roundglass Foundation ←

Vol 2, 4 - Nov 15th, 2025

We had the pleasure of hosting Gurpreet (Sunny) Singh, founder of the RoundGlass Foundation, which is pioneering a bold and scalable approach to rural development in Punjab rooted in community, collaboration, and co-creation. We heard firsthand about the challenges facing the region and the work being done on the ground to build a stronger, more sustainable Punjab. At the heart of this approach is the belief that villages are the foundation of lasting change.

The conversation highlighted the importance of environmental sustainability, youth development, and women’s equity in building thriving, resilient communities. By nurturing local leadership and empowering communities to develop their own solutions, the RoundGlass Foundation is creating models of sustainable development with the potential to extend well beyond Punjab.
It was an inspiring conversation about community-led change, leadership, and the power of investing in people and places to create a better future.
