Mentorship Program

KSC offers a mentorship program that connects members with experience across a range of fields to youth seeking guidance, support, and encouragement. KSC mentorship relationships are built on trust, respect, and mutual responsibility.

Mentors commit to:

  • Offer guidance without judgment or pressure
  • Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Recognize limits and refer mentees to appropriate resources when needed

Mentees commit to:

  • Engage actively and respectfully
  • Honor time commitments
  • Take responsibility for personal decisions
