We spent a lovely afternoon exploring the themes and ideas presented in Kaurs Reimagine: Sikh Women Blaze New Trails, with author Meeta Kaur joining us to guide the discussion. The anthology is organized around five distinct archetypes that reflect different dimensions of a woman’s journey: the Mother, the Bride, the Warrior, the Visionary, and the Explorer. Members shared personal stories, reflections, and experiences inspired by these themes, creating a thoughtful and uplifting conversation. It was a beautiful afternoon celebrating womanhood, culture, and heritage—all while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea and an array of snacks. We look forward to gathering again for more meaningful conversations and book club events.
